Like beauty, art is in the eye of the beholder. We often chose to see “what we want” when it comes to art and the message that is being sent. With art installations, we often get a chance to see everyday objects come to life a beautiful and thrilling experiences. Artist, Jeongmoon Choi, has been doing just that with a very common object. Can you guess what it is?
It’s….THREAD. Fast Co. Design showcases her work and style by sharing, “For years, the Korean-born, Berlin-based artist has been exploring the recurring theme of “drawing in space,” transforming staid interiors into incredibly precise geometrical labyrinths.” Don’t you love that? Yes! I think there’s something very special about the idea of transforming a space. We do it all the time with design – creating a new look and vibe through decor and furniture.
