Erin Loechner

Erin launched her award-winning blog DesignForMankind.com in 2007 as a catalog for the overflowing inspiration found while researching design day and night.  Her work has been featured in Glamour, Dwell, Lucky, Nylon and ReadyMade magazine, where she regularly blogs.  A former AOL editor, Erin currently hosts a weekly column on HGTV.com tracking the progress of her home renovation entitled “The House that DFM Built”.

Peggy Wong

An award-winning designer and former Deputy Art Director for Martha Stewart in New York, Peggy launched her own design studio bluepoolroad in 2009. Over a decade of experience with some of the world’s most recognized brands, she has traversed the nuances of typography and art direction with fluency. From Victoria’s Secret Beauty to Target, Peggy brings a highly refined sensibility with the credentials to back it up. A graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology (with the Chair’s award for excellence in graphic design), she was also a faculty member at the Art Institute of California. Shortly after bluepoolroad’s launch, Peggy was handpicked from hundreds as one of the three artists to represent Crane & Co.’s new STUDIO collection. She is now a member of Crane’s stationery design team and her letterpress line is available exclusively through Crane & Co. A bluepoolroad rug collection is also in the works and will debut Fall 2010. Peggy continues to art direct photo shoots and design for clients in areas of branding, packaging, print, and web. Miriam Bradford

Miriam is a stay-at-home mom interested in home décor, sustainable living and creative expression; the latter of which she indulges in as many art forms as possible.   She runs her own small business, LimoncelloSTYLE, LLC, designing and producing custom invitations and announcements.  Miriam was an early generation contributor to Weddingbee.com under the handle Mrs. Corn and her personal blog, Other Pieces of Me, has been featured on the Martha Stewart show.  She also moderates a board for women-owned creative businesses.  Miriam lives in Boston with her husband, Davis, their preschool-aged son, Garrison, new baby Clarinda, a kitty named J.P. and some resident dust bunnies.

Cynthia DeGrace

Cynthia DeGrace has dedicated the majority of her professional career working for some of the leading Interior Architecture firms in the country Kohn Pedersen Fox Interior Architects, The Hillier Group, Perkins and Will., helping business’ increase productivity, efficiency and redefine culture, through the design of their environments. She believes the same fundamental principles apply to the environments which define our personal lives. Whether living alone, or with the community of family, every choice, from the smallest to the most significant, is an opportunity to make a conscious design decision. The spaces we inhabit, and the extension of our footprint, have a direct relationship to our happiness, energy, productivity and creativity.

Rebecca Orlov

Rebecca Orlov is an integrated producer and design blogger. Inspired by her old 300 square foot New York studio, Rebecca started loving. living. small. (InStyle’s Best of Web 2010) as a place to share small space style, design tips, resources, interviews and inspiration for small space living and making a house a home. Rebecca also contributes to design-savvy lifestyle sites such as Flor, Washingtonian, Apartment Therapy, HGTV, Rue, Houzz and more.
