Office Off the Grid
Posted by Cynthia | Filed under Musings
This stand alone structure is set up to function with autonomy, completely off the grid. What freedom- to plop down just about anywhere, and have a place to call your own. The adjustable solar panels on the roof of this up-cycled 20’ x 8’ shipping container provide for a climate controlled work/ storage space. On one end of the structure is a self-contained battery end-cap with 5 days of battery backup. ‘Fully integrated, SPACE units are capable of accommodating job site activities, special events, and emergency response operations.’ I’d venture to say it might even be the perfect cabin, retail or studio space. What do you think? Durable, functional, and modular, these units offer a myriad of design possibilities.
