With so many of my fellow colleagues and friends headed to New York for Fashion Week, I’ve been spending a few minutes wanderlusting over the amazing hotels and hot spots of the city. Yet one hotel stuck out in particular: the NoMad Hotel by Jacques Garcia. Recently opened to the public this past spring, I’ve been itching to stay in one of these exquisite rooms…
How beautiful is that lobby?
Perfectly cozy, I love how comfortable the space feels, rather than the stark, modern hotel room that seems to be trending these days. I’d have a hard time leaving indeed!
And the clawfoot bathtub? Gasp. Three cheers for the NoMad Hotel – save me a room next time I’m in the city!

Boasting a perfect blend of modern and aged, the spaces are full of light, air and — in most cases — symmetry. Could you imagine waking up in such a beautiful space — bathed in fresh air and bright morning light?
And with minimal, organic furnishings — the stunning architecture gets the attention it deserves.
Oh, I’m smitten indeed.
