Inspiration: Sophistikat

Have you met Sophistikat? It's one of my favorite new FLOR patterns and I love how it evokes ikat, a dyeing and weaving method similar to tie-dye or batik. Ikat may come and go as a decor and fashion trend but as far as I'm concerned, it's really a classic! Textiles such as these have been created in the Americas, Asia, and Europe for hundreds of years.
