… refuse to commit to an entire wall of paint?
In Jonathan Lo‘s happy, mod-inspired condo, a vibrant shade of tangerine (yes, Pantone’s color of the year!) makes a daring statement in an otherwise unnoticed corner of the space. Because an entire wall of such a bright shade might be deemed a bit overwhelming, this not-so-subtle stripe is the perfect blend.
Even better? By extending the block of color to the ceiling, Jonathan added a bold, punchy geometric shape and seemed to raise the ceiling’s height by taking your eye to the tip-top of the room.
Why not give the look a go in your own space? Whether you opt for a corner design or a single stripe, be sure to choose a vibrant hue to really make the look sing. Happy painting!
