Why Don’t You…?
… turn that artwork upside down?
To be fair, the art pictured is not actually upside down – it just appears to be. Yet what a beautiful reminder it offers for perspective – the importance of seeing the world differently and viewing our surroundings in new and exciting ways.
To get the look, search for a graphic piece you love (preferably one with no text overlay) and frame away! I love the idea of flipping something obvious, like a map or animal. Yet for a more subtle approach, an abstract piece (like this one, perhaps?) could make for a lovely statement, and few would ever find out your hidden little upside-down secret.
