1. warm and cozy

   The other two reviewers are absolutely right and it is a very very muted red, once I got over that I fell in love with the tiles, they are going in a low light hallway and I got Salsa since it would tie in with the red in the persian carpets in the rooms and it does just that. May not have gotten these if they weren't on sale 11.99 to 9.49, they are a little retro which I like but borderline retro in a grandma's trailer kinda way, definintely get samples (I did) if you are thinking about Flor so you know what you are in for.

2. Great for covered patios

   I have the salsa floor tiles laid outside in a covered patio area. I love that they can be configured to suit your needs. I have some under a table set, some by the front door and in front of a sliding glass door. One thing to be aware of...the red "salsa" color is VERY muted and not the intense rust color shown on the computer.

3. perfect for entryways

   I bought the salsa home movies tiles and wrapped it with half tiles of harvest feeling groovy. The colors complimented my living room oriental rug perfectly. Flor is so low-profile that it is perfect next to doors. It is also good for traffic since the tiles can be replaced if stained. Finally, it is very difficult to find rugs which are wide enough when you have french or double doors. I now have large flor arrangements next to every door in the house.
