FLORDots™ are a fast way to connect tiles and are applied to the back of your tiles STICKY SIDE UP. They stick each tile to its neighbor not the floor. No adhesives or nails to goof up your beautiful wood floors or polished concrete.

  Any Floor, Any Challenge
FLOR can be installed directly over almost any smooth flooring: Hardwoods, vinyl tile, laminates, concrete, and plywood. The only surfaces that won’t work are unfinished waxed floors, unsealed concrete floors, and carpeted floors. So cover that embarrassing sheet vinyl kitchen in your apartment and take FLOR with you when you move. Or hide the age-old linoleum in your "wreck room" and use FLOR in the playroom when you finally renovate.

  Area Rugs
FLOR area rugs install quickly and easily, without tools. Just clear the area you want to cover and begin throwing down some tiles. Once your FLOR is where you want it, begin to join tiles with FLORDots, lining tiles along the sticky-side notches and then laying down into place. You.ll end up with a single, modular rug. (For a short time, certain FLOR styles may have peel-off adhesive tabs on the back, our previous installation approach. FLORDots installation is preferable for area rugs.) Rearrange as much as you like, FLORDots retain their stick, and your FLOR rug also will stay put under foot or vacuuming.

  Wall To Wall
Installing FLOR wall to wall is almost as easy as doing an area rug. You will need to have a carpet knife handy to cut those tiles that butt up aginst the wall. Step by step instructions and helpful tips come in each box. Plus our customer care reps are just a phone call away.

  Play With Your Flor
All textured and patterned FLOR tiles can be installed differently. Install is parquet to create a basket weave or lay it straight. Change it whenever the mood strikes.

  Trimming a Tile
To trim FLOR, use a metal straight edge and a knife. (We use a Stanley #10.525 carpet knife.) Just score the back of the tile a few times for a clean cut. Remember, FLOR is fused into the backing so no fraying will occur. Hang on to the pieces you cut, even the mistakes, because chances are you’ll be able to reuse them somewhere else.

  Repurpose, Recycle
If you have extra FLOR, save the tiles in their box to use as replacements. Or use it somewhere else—as an entryway doormat, for instance. If you move, take FLOR with you. If you decide to stop using it, consider donating it to a charitable organization. Or, you can always send your FLOR back to us for recycling.
