SATISFACTION GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY (WARRANTY) If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase after receiving it, you must call our customer service department toll-free at 1.866.281.3567 no later than 30 days following receipt of your order for an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number). Returned product must be unused and in its original condition. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Return shipping and any subsequent damages from return shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser. No COD's. Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will exchange it or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer. A refusal of shipment is billable for both return and original shipping costs, as well as a 15% restocking fee. Area rugs and sets of four tiles must be returned as a complete set.. FLOR cannot accept items that were purchased through a distributor/retailer/vendor or their returns. Please contact the distributor/retailer/vendor directly. We do not accept FLOR that has been damaged or soiled. No refunds after 30 days. You may call our Customer Service department Monday–Friday 8 AM to 8 PM and Saturdays 9 AM to 2 PM CST. FLOR Guarantee: Your FLOR product is guaranteed to be free from manufacturer’s defects for one full year from purchase date. You may return any of your FLOR product that has a manufacturer’s defect within one year of purchase for a refund or merchandise exchange. Recycle FLOR tiles through our R&R Program and we guarantee they will not go into the landfill. In most cases the returned FLOR tiles will be recycled for use as new FLOR tiles. How To Recycle: It’s easy! Call our Customer Service department toll-free at 1.866.281.3567. We will provide you with return labels and a shipping bag for you to pack up old or unused FLOR tiles. Simply drop the shipping bag off at a UPS store and we will take it from there.
