Then and Now
While we’re proud of where we are today, we’re even more proud of the many milestones it took to get here. This is what 20 years of smart, beautiful, and responsible looks like.
2003
FLOR is launched by Interface, Inc. to bring its innovative carpet tiles beyond businesses and into homes with our first spring catalog.
After 20 years of style, we’ve got a deep archive of area rugs. We’ve chosen three of our favorites from the vault and given them a refresh. Re-released in the Heritage Collection by FLOR, these styles are modernized versions of our classic hits.
Originally inspired by the floor-length, lightweight wool dresses from days gone by, our 2003 rug Delaine featured a subtle, antique pattern. Today, we’ve re-envisioned it as Good Company.
A design dreamt up from the visualization of music, Good Vibrations was released in 2007. This style broke the rules with color, funk, and edginess. Its groovy legacy lives on with our new look, Off The Record.
In 2005, we released Weave A Story, a classic, hand-woven style made to serve as the “beginning” for the rest of the room to be built around. Now, we’re reimagining this rug with Woven In Time.
