STANDARD RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your FLOR. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase after receiving it, contact Customer Service (866-281-3567) or your local FLOR Store no later than 30 days following the receipt of your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). There are no refunds after 30 days. Returned product must be in original, unused condition (e.g. no FLORdots applied to the backing). We do not accept FLOR merchandise that has been soiled or damaged. Upon receipt and inspection of return, we will refund the purchase price. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping and any subsequent damages from return shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser. A 15% restocking fee may apply. No CODs. A refusal or cancellation of shipment is billable for return and original shipping costs, as well as a 15% restocking fee. Products sold as a set (e.g. area rugs) must be returned as a complete set. FLOR Studios cannot accept physical returns. FLOR cannot accept merchandise purchased through a distributor/retailer/vendor or their returns. Please contact the distributor/retailer/vendor directly. FLOR outlet and markdown products are non-refundable. Samples and gift cards cannot be returned for a refund. Factory cut squares must be returned as a full square. Cutting fees are non-refundable.
